Erick and I thought that the first section of 'Punch Drunk Love' showed Barry Egan, played by Adam Sandler, as a probable Aspie. But we gave up watching after he lost his temper while being teased by his sisters. We both found the film so agonizingly bad that we simply cannot bear to watch any further.... Rolleyes

That's fascinating. Such a brilliant performance, and his final scene gave me chills. When I first saw it, I knew much less about Asperger's... there was a lot about him I just didn't "get." I think you might be right. Certainly Woody Allen, who wrote and directed it, has considerable Aspie traits.

No - I haven't seen Dexter, I don't watch much television - too obsessed with the computer.

I don't know if the programme is on here. Is it British or American television? What's it about?

It must be on our tv - I'll look out for it. The main character was on 6ft. under - another good programme. Someone posted about 6feet under on this forum a short while ago.
