For anybody interested I've just had my first book on teaching English put up for sale by Lulu.com, a print on demand publisher.  It is by an Aspie for Aspies and the whole series is intended to teach language phonetically, logically and scientifically.  So if there is anyone home teaching or a teacher looking for resources, to teach Aspies, you might find this worth checking out and using this thread to give me feedback.
What is the title?  There are about a bajillion books at that site. Thanks.

Is this book to learn the language or about grammar, sentence structure, etc?

It's mostly to build up vocabulary but does bring up sentence structure (word order) and grammar as it occurs naturally within the context of the course but not as a separate issue http://lulu.co/uk/buy/educationandlangua...stsenglish

Hey Paige.

I'd love to check out the site for your book, but I've clicked on the link twice today and both times it has said that the page is unavailable.
I don't know if the problem is with my computer or your link. Perhaps you could try clicking on the link you've posted here to see if it's okay.
Maybe it is my fault as I'm a technophobe alas and have very little idea what I'm doing but just try the longer route of going to 'Lulu.com', then go to the 'Buy' section and look up 'Education and Language', then try 'Logic Lists English' in search.

Sorry I can't be more help but had to clean print heads, then had to deal with a paper jam and it's left me with a case of the screaming abdabs - it got so bad I ran out of my own hair and started pulling the pelts off the dogs (They needed grooming anyway!)

Yup, that's me and my stuff there too and as described.  Would have got back to you sooner but the Alien Society piece on migraines kicked in first and I do mean 'kicked'.  Tried beta blockers for the condition, got rebound migraine - used paracetymol to cool off dying embers of headache and got rebound headache for my trouble.  Back to the drawing board!
