I don't know if anyone noticed/cared, but I'm finally back after nearly a month of being gone. My computer broke, and it took that long to get it fixed (during that time I was only able to use computers that were not mine). I've been pretty busy, though.
1. I broke my foot a few weeks ago, the first time I've ever broken a bone. I was walking in a hallway in the house and then I hit my little toe really hard on a chair and the bone below it snapped. It didn't hurt very much (at least compared to other pain-causing conditions I experience), but the toe was all crooked and dislocated. I had to go to a podiatrist, and he popped it back into place.
2. I did some educational psychological testing so when I go back to school (I'm taking this semester off), I can hopefully get some help in the subjects I'm crap at (math and chemistry). The person doing the testing said that I was "very intelligent but highly rigid" in my thinking, and that if something is not what I'm expecting it to be, I have no idea what to make of it. I had previously already determined this of myself, to a certain extent. Now she wants to talk to my regular psychologist, which concerns me. I don't tell my psychologist very much about myself, but I still don't like people talking about or analyzing me when I am not present.
3. I am still completely obsessed with MythBusters. I watch it every time it comes on here, which is usually three times a day. I got upset when they mysteriously stopped playing new episodes a few weeks ago, but the ones they started playing again have been good for the most part. I especially like the two-hour special they played this week, with the sharks and everything (animals are always a plus). And they did the wakeboard training at a place around here called Lake Berryessa... Some girl I went to elementary school with died in a freak jetski accident there a couple months ago.
So those are the main highlights of the past month or so. I haven't been at work recently because of my foot, but I think I am going back next week.
Good to see everyone again.
