Only this time Autism is a myth!   This is getting bad.

The email below was posted to a Yahoo groups. Bradford ("JB") Handley was the individual responsible for the recent Wall Street Journal article on chelation, and is an all-around energetic individual working tirelessly to call public attention to biomedical treatments - and yes, recovery - for autistic kids.

Per many requests, feel free to forward:

Generation Rescue: Parents Helping Parents Heal Their Kids,

http://www.generationrescue .org

On behalf of a growing coalition of parents including my wife, Lisa,
and I, we would like to invite you to join a new organization
currently being formed called Generation Rescue. It is being by
organized by parents to share the truth with other parents about the
cause (mercury) and cure (detoxification) of their child's Autism
Spectrum Disorder.

The conventional thinking about Autism Spectrum Disorders remains
that there is no known cause and no known cure, despite a growing and
overwhelming amount of scientific and clinical evidence to the
contrary. Parents are told there is only a small shred of hope
offered that our ASD children will make any meaningful progress and
that progress can only be achieved through intensive therapy over
many, many years. Even with progress, we are told that our children
will never be normal, and that there is no such thing as a cure.
While many of us know this is not true, there are many, many more
parents who do not know the truth. An entire generation of children
is being left to twist in the wind as mainstream medical and
governmental bodies turn the other way. We have the power to change
this. The tide is turning, the truth is emerging, and Generation
Rescue hopes to contribute to our momentum.

Generation Rescue's mission is to help get as many currently affected
children treated as quickly as possible. Generation Rescue hopes to
reach out directly to other parents who may or may not know of the
recent clarity on true cause and the possibility of cure today. The
body of evidence exists, but currently in many disparate places.
Generation Rescue hopes to pull together as much of this information –
regarding evidence, symptoms, testing, and treatment – in a readily
accessible place for parents of mercury poisoned children. Through
the website and national and local media efforts, we hope to reach
these parents and their children with the truth. No amount of denial,
misinformation, or manipulated science will be able to hide thousands
of recovered and recovering children and their parents educating the
world on cause, treatment, and cure. That is the vision of Generation
Rescue.

Generation Rescue hopes to capture the knowledge, compassion,
integrity, and activism that already exists in the community of
parents successfully treating their children for mercury poisoning.
It hopes to provide the extraordinary individuals involved in this
daily struggle with a united voice and an opportunity to help others.
Generation Rescue is seeking to derive this voice and power from what
is hoped will be hundreds of "Parent-Founders", throughout the world,
all contributing to a common goal: share the truth with other parents
so that they can heal their children.

We are inviting you to become a Parent-Founder of Generation Rescue.
We hope that you will wear this title proudly and use it to educate
and challenge those who can help Generation Rescue in the simple
mission to spread the truth. Together, we can create a lot of change.
Together, we can reach more parents and children. The recommended
next steps include:

1. You must be the parent, grandparent, or guardian of a child
with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder (Autism, Asperger's, PDD-NOS,
ADHD/ADD, speech or other developmental delay, and any other
childhood disorder believed to be caused by mercury toxicity).

2. Please go to Generation Rescue's website at
http://www.generationrescue.org and review for yourself the mission,
approach, and beliefs of the organization. If these match your own,
please consider volunteering to help. If they do not, thank you for
taking the time to consider. (Please note, the website is at the beta-
test level and not every section is complete or in final draft form.)

3. In order to become a Parent-Founder, volunteers are asked to
help in one or more of the following ways:

a. Become a Rescue Angel. Rescue Angel's are Parent-Founders
that are willing to help new parents on the path to treating their
child. As a Rescue Angel, you will be asked to share your expertise,
local knowledge, and experiences with others. Rescue Angels will be
posted in the "What To Do" section of the website and organized by
state and/or country. New parents will be encouraged to contact them
directly. In order to be a Rescue Angel, please email your first and
last name (and/or that of your spouse/partner/relative), city & state
(or country), and the right email address for parents to contact you
to: volunteer@generationrescue.org This contact information will be
posted directly on the website. (If you are concerned about
anonymity, there are other ways in which you can help.)

b. Post a testimonial in the "Success Stories" section of the
website. Generation Rescue encourages you to share the story of your
child with the world. Please write your testimonial for the parent
uninformed about mercury toxicity and treatment, as they are our
target audience. Your story can be as long or short as you like. You
can include your full name and location or specify anonymity. In the
testimonial, however, please specify whether your child
is "recovering" or "recovered", your child's first name, and their
age. Testimonials can be sent in an email or in a MS Word attachment
to info@generationrescue.org

c. Volunteer to be a local media contact. Generation Rescue has
retained a nationally-known public relations firm, Fenton
Communications (http://www.fenton.com) who is working closely with the
organization to develop the outreach media strategy. A cornerstone of
this strategy will involve local news stories of parents treating
their children with autism/ASD biomedically. Fenton is particularly
interested in working with parents of recovered children but welcomes
all parents who are interested in speaking publicly. If you would
like to be a local media contact, please let Generation Rescue know
at volunteer@generationrescue.org and Fenton Communications will
contact you directly to discuss further.

d. Volunteer to be a regional organizer of Generation Rescue
activities. Generation Rescue plans to have regional activities that
may require hands-on local involvement. Generation Rescue is looking
to identify individuals interested in being involved in potentially
more time-intensive activities.

e. Share your insights on the potential stumbling blocks for
other parents to treating their children for mercury toxicity. We all
have had experiences with parents of ASD children who for one reason
or another do not pursue detoxification treatment for their children.
The biggest reason, of course, is the sheer amount of misinformation
and at times, outright denial by the medical and governmental
authorities. We want to find the best way to reach these parents.
Please share your insights about common stumbling blocks and what key
things these parents need to know at info@generationrescue .org

In the next few months, Generation Rescue will be starting a national
advertising campaign to get the word out to as many parents as
possible, as well as a market-by-market campaign featuring local
parents discussing the true cause, treatment and progress of their
children's condition. Fenton Communications will be organizing this
outreach with many of our Parent-Founders.

Children who have been recovered biomedically will be the hallmark of
the media campaign. If you know the parents of a recovered child,
please forward this note to them. While Generation Rescue does
recommend chelation and TD-DMPS as the top-ranked treatment protocol,
Generation Rescue is interested in supporting all stories about
recovery through biomedical intervention, irrespective of method of
treatment.
I wonder if they actually realise how insulting it is to be told that you're just mercury poisoned and your whole personality is a myth.
"The biggest reason, of course, is the sheer amount of misinformation
and at times, outright denial by the medical and governmental
authorities."

They have the nerve to talk about misinformation???
It's a pure pathetic attempt to think they know something when they don't.
There was an ad for Generation Rescue that somehow came up several times at Matthewsoft-forum.tk . Here is the ad's text:

Quote:
Autism is reversible
We are non-profit, parent led
We are focused on treatment

Yet, there is no way I know of to get rid of ads like those. They find keywords ("autism", in this case), and they put up any ad with "autism" in it. It's a way to find pro-cure adverts.

We had this same problem with the old AFF forum at http://as4freedom.proboards32.com

Just out of curiosity - hasn't neutron got his own phpBB installation on that site, in that case he should be able to remove the google ads and/or filter certain ads.

I think so.

Generation Rescue is a parent-founded, parent-funded, and parent-led organization. Our mission is to share the truth with parents about the cause of their child’s developmental disabilities so they can focus on treatment.
Generation Rescue believes that childhood neurological disorders such as autism, Asperger's, ADHD/ADD, speech delay, sensory integration disorder, and many other developmental delays are all misdiagnoses for mercury poisoning.
When you know cause, you can focus on cure.Thousands of parents are curing their children by removing the mercury from their children's bodies. We want you, the parent, to know the truth.

There are many problems with this:

1. Some people who have autism/Asperger's/ADD/ADHD/speech delay/sensory integration disorder/others have never had mercury injected into their bodies. It's genetic, not mercury-induced. If it is mercury poisoning, then I'm glad I had that MMR shot when I was younger! I mean, at least I know that in two years, I won't be socializing, chewing Winterfresh, and grossing out people like those eighth-graders I've seen at my school (which is mainly for NTs)! And that was not sarcasm.
2. The parents are "curing" the kids without their say in it. Isn't it about time autistic kids get some actual rights like "you have the right to not be 'cured' by anybody"?
3. I am not a parent. That website just assumes I am. Artificial intelligence has a new meaning.
4. I do not think they are telling the truth there. They might as well say "The following is the truth: The sky is chartruse. The moon is made of cheese. You can sneeze with your eyes open. Winterfresh smells good. (etc.)". The sky is usually either blue or light blue, except for during sunsets, when it is orange, purple, red, pink, but it is never chartreuse. The moon is made of rock, not cheese. You cannot sneeze with your eyes open. And Winterfresh's smell is very, very vulgar and only smells "good" to neurotypicals (which is only an opinion, not the truth).
5. None of these organizations allow autistics to have a say in their "curing", or, to be more true to these "cures", "torture". They're all  just a bunch of ignorant neurotypical nazi types (well, most of them). None of them actually have any brains, just some rock shaped like a califlower inside their head.

There are more, but I do not have to list them for you to find them.

"2. The parents are "curing" the kids without their say in it. Isn't it about time autistic kids get some actual rights like "you have the right to not be 'cured' by anybody"?"

That is a good point, and well raised by a young person like yourself Mich.
The chelation therapies, extensive blood testing, extreme diets, force feeding kids huge doses of multivitamins, it is cruel and abusive. Children should not have to suffer these things as parents experiment in the hope of finding a miracle cure.
The problem is that if parents don't feel that they get a satisfactory result, they can go through the whole thing again, or to other doctors, with more and more tests.
Also often chelation treatments are much more than a mud bath.
We have also seen descriptions from parents saying how they force feed their child vitamins, and flood their mouth with water so that they have to swallow or choke on it. They were doing this on a daily basis, and the child would bite the mother in distress. This woman was advising other mothers to do the same thing in an online advice session.

Test 1: Hair Elements
Clip some hair on the back of the head, no damage there.
Why? To test for potentially toxic elements and essential and other elements.
Result: I now know that mercury is the highest toxic in his body, I also know zinc and other elements are very low.

Test 2: CSA(Comprehensive Stool Analysis)
Didn't get results yet
No harm in "scooping poop" and putting it in a test tube
Why? To test digestion, nutrition of the gut, pH, microbiology, mycolgogy and parasitology, and gut immunity.

Test 3: Immune viral
Blood test - one jab - two vials
Why? Test for Measles (Rubeola), Human Herpes Virus-6 (HHV-6) and HHv-7, Gliadin Antibody, Casein Antibodies, Fibillarin Antibody, Dipeptidylpeptidase, MBP Antibody, Neurofilament Ab, and Metallothionein.
Result: Casein IgG is abnormal - need casein free diet for life
IgM Neurofilament Ab and Metals/medium con.ratio(Metallothionein) are both abnormal - evidence of mercury damage.

Test 4:IgG 90 food test
Blood test - same jab - two vials
Why? Test for food allergies/sensitivities
Result: Severe reaction to - milk, casein, and lamb
Moderate reaction to - beef, pork, banana, oat, rye, navy bean, pinto bean and ginger.
Severe leaky gut
Avoid casein and milk forever
Avoid gluten foods as they are moderate now that can change

Test 5: CHEM panel
Blood - same jab as previously - 3 more vials
Why? Test for checking kidney and liver etc
Result: Evidence of kidney stress, liver stress and HDL cholesterol is low
Need better diet and sups.

Test 6: ION panel
Blood - same jab(see above) - 2 more vials, and urine
Why? Check amino acids, Erythrocyte, Lipid Peroxide, Organix Comprehensive etc etc etc..
Result: Many amino acids extremely low, all minerals on low side, high calcium(could mean future high blood pressure), high LIpid Peroxides - oxidative damage, high 8-Hydroxy-2 deoxyguanosine - liver stress, low vitamin A and E, Trans fats high (diet)etc etc etc

Summary: 1 jab with the needle, one poop scooping, one pee in a test tube and one tiny bald spot(hair). Look how much I've learned...yes there's a whole lot of vitamins...but I'm one of the lucky ones, my boy readily and eagerly takes them with no problem. I don't think trying to help my boy with his bowel problems, infections, viruses, and possible migraines is cruel and abusive. I'd love to have enough money to test my NT daughter too and then myself.

For chelation I do the mud baths and they say there are no side effects - haven't seen any either
Still on the fence about going on the diet however, but I don't think it's too much to ask to take casein and milk out as now I have scientific proof these things are causing his body pain.
This is the reason why I did these tests was to see what he really needed and stop the guessing/experimenting.

Sounds to me like whoever came up with that "cure" wanted autistic children to almost completely run out of blood.

You are absolutely right, generation rescue have some very dangerous views.

... blah blah blah ...

Have the tests repeated by your PCP and see how the results differ.

PCP?

Nowthat would be terrifying!

As did I.

Sorry, PCP = Primary Care Physician

In other words, "Family Doctor"

That clears up a lot.
