"Autisms" - Word which refers to all the different autisms, different because they are caused by different things.
With the word "autisms" you can make all the DAN! alternative treatments look abit more serious than if supposedly ALL the treatments "reduced autistic symptoms" in EVERY kid - which was how it all looked like before someone brought up with the genious word "autisms".
The word "explains" to parents why some children do not get any noticeable development changes after an alternative autism treatment like chelation, and at the same time gives new "hope" for finding the right treatment even though the first dozen of them didn't seem to work.
