Aha! I'm a fan of methinks as well - especially in chat, for some reason, I've always slipped into Olde English. Something about "How goes thy day" just makes the question much more interesting.
At present, methinks I require more caffeine...

"Contumely" is a word I really like. It reminds me a bit of a camel giving somebody a haughty look, as if they were rather beneath contempt.
