I find Guess's God as Dictator theory intriguing
If I were God, I would make everybody's teeth decay proof (guess my fear of dentists is showing here).
I would not make people who want to kill each other.
Childbirth would be safe and not painful.
There would be enough jobs for everybody who wanted to work and they would have proper pay and good conditions so that everybody who wanted to support themselves and have a family could.
I'd have to think a bit further as to what else I'd do. These are just the first thoughts.

I like to think I can encompass both operational areas quite well.
If I were God, I would give all the lonely people mates. Mind you, it would then be up to them to make the relationships work from there.
I'd stop all bullying in schools, the workplace, everywhere. Of course, that would probably mean either re-engineering the genes of all NTs, or else getting rid of them altogether. That would solve a host of other problems, as well: wars, climate change, economic inequality, etc, etc.
Sounds nice, an Aspie Utopia! Of course, I might keep a *few* NTs around, I mean we'll always need plumbers to do the dirty work. Maybe we could breed them in jars so their numbers don't get out of hand.

We would need to convert (not kill ) the baddies....any ideas on how to achieve this?
Well, since I'm being (temporarily!) God, I'd give them their own planet somewhere far away, or else move us Aspies to another planet that's not been so wrecked by human overpopulation. We breed slow, we'd probably be kinder on the world than the NTs, with their need for social status and "keeping up with the Jones's" could ever be.
So, it wouldn't be a problem. (If I was God.)

1. I’d cure all disease.
2. Get rid of greed, prejudice and hatred--and make people more forgiving, tolerant and understanding of each other.
3. Heal the damage humankind has made the environment.

If I was God, I would wipe away all Human Governments forever, and install my son Jesus as King over the whole Earth.
Probably find that act alone will carry out all the individual good things you could think of.
