toothpaste: salt and lemon juice or baking soda. People picked their teeth with a small twig or blade of grass, if they had any teeth.
shampoo: people washed their hair monthly with soap, rinsed with vinegar and water or beer (for hair gel)
deodorants: they used scented talc powder or just perfume or just didn't worry about smelling bad since everyone else did. Nervous sweat smells more than just sweat from working.
bathing: people just did not bath every day or even every month. Sometimes only once per year. People thought it was unhealthy to bath all their body in water. They just washed parts (hands, face, feet maybe). They would change their linen clothing that was closest to their body and wash that daily or often. Other clothing was woolen and was seldom washed, maybe brushed.
Are you out of cash and just can't afford to buy all that stuff?
Some ways to save on soap etc. Keep soap bars dry. Use liquid soap on a sponge or cloth. Shampoo: fill a small squeeze bottle with water and add a small amount of shampoo and use that to wash your hair with. If you have really greasy hair, you can use dish detergent. The more expensive shampoo is more concentrated and a bottle of it lasts much longer than the cheap stuff. (I used to work in lab that made shampoo and all. The cheap shampoo is watered down and they add NaCl (table salt ) to thicken it). You can use liquid soap (dish detergent) or laundry bar soap to wash clothing by hand. For moisturizer, you can just use a small bit of oil on damp skin and hair.
People had less and ate less richly for thousands of years. You can really learn to do without much if you want to.
For cleaning floors, you can use dish detergent, or vinegar and water etc.
