What little insignificant things make you happy?

Mine are - standing or sitting outside under the warm sun when I have just washed my hair and just closing my eyes and feeling the heat and warmth of the sun, looking up at the stars, seeing my dog smile and there are even simpler ones too. It's odd to think of the day being made up of lots of little tiny events or interactions of some kind, even interactions with yourself...

Collecting, folding and stacking the little tags from the ends of teabags is one of mine...

It's almost tragic that I'm on Dilmah at work now - they're square things that sit at the bottom of the mug. But then, it tastes better, so what can you do? *sighs*

Good piano lessons, where I can just enjoy myself.
A hot cup of tea.

Mail witch is not bills.
the sound of rythms.
Stars in a black cold winter-night.

When I add milk to my coffee and it makes these awesome looking swirls, which eventually disappear into a homogeneous mixture of coffee-goodness...mmm coffeeeeee.

I love watching the clear liquid turn cloudy slowly in the swirly patterns too. It's better if you are out and they give you those tiny spouted pouring jugs, allows you to pour it slower, so the pattern lasts for longer.

I love the smell of rain too.. Just reminded me tonight, it hasn't rained in ages... And sleeping during the day with rain softly hitting the roof.
