As far as I know
you need someone who preferably hasn't done it before ( people like bravery)
They would need to be trained to do it, but in a good cause, some place will usually do that for free.
Plenty of advertising & the usual donation forms.
I think that's about it, but I am going to visit my friend on Sunday, she has done it, so I will ask her.
