i saw a promo for the oprah coming on 9/18, which is about celebrities that have autistic sons. i'm not sure if this is going to be good or bad, but it sounds curebie as they are trying to "save their sons", like autism is some lethal disease.

It's not her exactly, it's people who are like her. Generally people who can belive Autism/Asperger's can be cured. I thought what she said on Oprah, while I disagree with it, was at least rational compared to what some curbies will do.
