I don't know how many people from my area are on the board, but I was wondering if you would be interested in some sort of meet up in October... maybe at a book store near the King of Prussia area? Something low key and public.
I think we should PM about the exact date, time and location though - in case there are any crazy lurkers.

Count me in. Weekend right?
I'll only organize something if there are enough people interested... And I can't say when until we can we see when everyone is available.
It would be 150 miles from the Washington DC area 20 miles or less off of Interstate 95, slightly north of Williamsport, Delaware, just over the state line in PA.
huh?
What are you talking about?
I was just listing general directions to the King of Prussia area from points south such as Washington DC and vicinity.
Those aren't very accurate - and I think it premature, but thanks for trying to help.
Oh, my!
Well, hey, you two -- it doesn't have to be a
big group, does it?
We had a bit of a meet up out here in the San Francisco area -- just three of us -- and it turned into a fabulous nine-hour lunch. I had a great time!

I think you should just
go for it!

Only if you'll come too, Max. I don't think I could handle GuessWho on my own without your charm to warm up the atmosphere.
We both have some pretty good sides, even me, after all.
Should people fly over, though? It is one thing to burn up $35 in gas on a nice round trip up and down Interstate 95. But try flying cross country for that.
I flew cross country twice. Dulles to McCarran for a week in Death Valley. Then Reagan to LAX to see the other Marsh aspies.
(I've had a passport for a year. If I have the balls, and depending on the country shots and visas, I could go many places.)
If Max came cross country to meet you and me, Guesswho, we could sell enough tickets to pay for his airfare and have enough left over for lunch.
Seriously though, I don't feel comfortable meeting just one (or two) others from the internet unless I have an established friendly and comfortable relationship with them for a significant amount of time. That's why I suggested a group get together in a public place. So let's just see how many others are interested.
