This is my twist on a very strange food item. I usually make them when I get hungry (mostly when there's nothing else to eat -- which is a lot). This is much different then the original egg burrito.
Amount of time: ~6-7 minutes
Shelf life (refrigerated): <1 day (in my study)
Here's what you need:
2 eggs
1 bowl
1 small handful of cheese (grated) preferably cheddar
*Sage
*Oregano
Burrito shells
Skillet
First, melt a small about of butter on the skillet and evenly coat the bottom of it. Next, crack the 2 eggs in the bowl and add a small amount of sage, oregano, salt, and pepper. Then, the handful of cheese (make sure that it's not an excessive amount). Whisk eggs with a fork and when skillet is hot pour in mixture. As the eggs cook, mix them around. It's made like scrambled eggs. Quickly soften the burrito shell in the microwave for about 30 seconds. When eggs are complete, pour them into the shell slowly, keeping the flow controlled with the fork. Wrap up burrito shell and enjoy.
*Optional, just adds flavor
