you looked way cool ... I reckon the kid was just jealous Wink

I was thinking that too. You probably also look confident, and sure of yourself. For some reason this is Threatening to someone who isn't..
some people tend to compare how they feel on the inside, to how others look on the outside-

for instance, this guy perhaps feels like a 'loser', and then sees YOU looking all confident, and concludes that you have it all together, and he doesn't-so he gets mad ( mostly at himself) and calls you a name...
...hoping you will get mad, and lose some of your composure...
good thing you didn't. He's really not worth the energy.
( not to mention getting his blood all over your orange tank top)
well, that's a theory, anyway Smile

ps er..can you define emo, because I have heard conflicting definitions. (Plus I am fairly old) Smile

pleased to make your aquaintance ;]

Perhaps a bit more on the NT side, I would say.. from my limited observations.

Quite NT i'm afraid, that's why I don't rub well with most other aspies.

hehe. sorry but that sounded so funny.

Aspie/NT Hybrid...I like that.

Well, look at it this way: when you're an emo and spend your entire day crying, cutting yourself, and writing *** songs about breakups, pretty much anyone else you meet (NT or AS) is going to seem like a spaz.

heh poor little ****, he should have shouted it..then i'd have had an excuse to 'it im.

How about... "Would you care to say that a little louder, you little pussy?"  He probably would have quickened his pace so as to flee without being so obvious.  If not, well there'd be your excuse.

As for making aspies look tough, I'm sure there's a dojo somewhere near you.  I stand firm on the idea that martial arts should be the substitute for PE.  (You actually learn something useful, and it levels the ground between you and those who give you crap.)

I forget who said it, but some famous American woman said once "If you take the high road you will never forget it."

Good advice.

Sound psychological theory suggests that the "smallness" he's compensating for is a good bit south of the mind...

Why would I want to strangulate Mr. Nudge? (Tongue)  well, if any 19 year old lasses are offering..

=p
A type of one ;]

*shivers*

Don't use the term emo. That word has too many definitions, and its overused. It gets more confusing every time I hear/see it. I prefer to use the term attention seeker/scene kid. Those terms give off a "clearer" definition Wink

And piece of (crap) kid probably only did it to amuse himself/his friends. Trust me, beating those kids up is exactly what they want you to do (subconsciously, anyway). Do not give those kids what they want... unless you hit them really hard Tongue

He was on his own.

I wasn't.
Then he is either VERY brave or VERY foolish! Tongue
