Norwegian dish:

little vater
1,5 kg lamb- meat
1,5 kg cabbage
salt
pepper

Cut the cabbage in big slices.
Lay it in a pot,

first cabbage(pepper+salt),
meat,cabbage(salt+pepper),
meat,cabbage again(like in lasange)
boil it on low heat till the meat "let go" of the bone,ca.2 hours...yum!
