Well, I was thinking..what do you guys like to wearand what do you girls like to see? Tongue

IMO anyone who thinks people with AS have no style is talking grade A bullshit..

I'm currently experimenting with just a goatee and no moustache, when sufficiently long having it as a soul patch Tongue

Ian
I dont mean to discriminate because of looks and so Im not shure what to say.
Because I do have an oppinion here but than again, looks should not matter,as allways, its the inside that counts
I just won't bother next time ;p

Just trying to start a STYLE thread for once.
Big Grin  Well, I'm biased....  MY Ian has a beard and I get very upset if he trims it.  I've no idea how a soul patch would look on you, but I think those are pretty tricky to pull off well and you might be better off going for something else first, see how it looks.

Heh, you've seen my pics? I wonder if our beards grow the same too ;p what's his voice like? Tongue

Ian

Personally, I LURVE facial hair on a man, stubble, goatees, yes please!

Me too but not the stubble rash

I don't mind the stubble rash too much, it makes me feel like I've really been kissed.Big Grin
I've always worn the same old goatee I grew when I was 10...
I shall quote from nevermind the buzzcocks.

"Oh great, I've gotta sit next to the big gay bear over here."  (he was next to a fat guy with a beard Tongue I forget the guests name)
I personally think facial hair can be very attractive. Each man's face is different so really he should wear what he likes and what looks good on him...

Same thing with hair on top of the head - I like the bald look on some guys, but I also love long hair on others... and most regular cuts are fine too, again depending on the person. The only things I don't like is the comb-over and the mullet.

My kids are already very particular on what they like for their hair styles. (I cut their hair) My oldest is conservative and only wants a buzz, my youngest (almost 6) likes to experiment. He sometimes let's a single curl of his grow out behind his ear and the last two cuts he's asked for a Mohawk.  Right now he has a Mohawk and the curl.

I'm fairly attractive and worn stubble before, and I thought it looked damn good.  But I didn't notice any effect of women showing any interest with or without the stubble, uh... a little help please?

I wonder WHY it is that I am now 26 years old and can only count about 3 times in my life where I could definitely tell that a girl was interested.  Is it possible there I have not been reading social cues properly, and therefore have not been aware of more subtle signals?

In general I like facial hair, but there a few styles that don't do much for me: long beards, moustaches (with no goatee), and neckbeards. Also I think it looks gross when someone can't grow proper facial hair but refuses to shave, causing what is referred to around here by the slang term "beaner-stache" (that's the only name I've heard for it). It just looks sloppy, in my opinion.
I dunno i've experimented with trim moustaches and they look very good on me ;p

mine grows blonde.
I like all kinds of facial hair except for "designer stubble" because it looks as if they can't make up their mind if they want to shave or grow a beard. I also think ponytails on guys look really cool but so do shaved heads.
