How do you deal with arrogant deridingly "we know better because of our education and dont you dare to complain on our work" kind of people?

I feel as if I have to be foramlly educated to have a propper and equal conversation,like once I told a teacher at school how to express herself in a language I felt as if she didnt like that i did that in front of the class.
