What if Murder Was'nt Illegal And Instead Individual Acts of Murder Were Outlawed After Someone Committed Them? so if You Could Think of A New And Creative Style Of Execution You Could Kill Someone And it Would'nt be Illegal Until After You Did it so You Wouldn't Get in Trouble.
I Wouldn't do That to Anyone, But in Order to be Safe You Would Eather Invent New Laws to Pass Constantly Outlawing Some Creative Way to Kill People in Hopes to Deter The Ravenous Murderers.
There Would Also be A New Trade or Job For People Who You Hire And Pay to Right New Laws Making Specific Means of Murder Outlawed on A Regular Basis.

Just an Interesting Topic to Discuss.  

That would just be incredibly dumb and a lot of people would get away with murder.

It would be awful.

But it reminds me of scenarios I used to come up with... well "come up with" is a misleading term, they were part of OCD stuff.

I would be walking along and come up with complex "what if" things, like "What if a person would die every time they did what I just did?" and then go through every way to avoid it all of which eventually came back to doing it.  This took up a lot of my thinking and was distressing even though I was always aware a person would not really die from it, it was just like watching certain Greek myths only in loop form in my head.

I Agree Scenarios Often Come to me About Alternate Dimensions. It's Like I Can Make A Whole MiniWorld And Imagine it Then Maybe Forget it.
