Only when I see spelling errors or blatantly incorrect information.

I'm active on Wikipedia but I rarely edit something but the 20 articles I observe - unless I find some really wrong information or think some info MUST be added.

My boyfriend Erich does a lot of editing, mostly of political articles.

This was moved - there is a reason why the wiki articles forum states not to post there. Please don't screw it up.

It would annoy me to read articles with spelling, grammatical, and factual errors and I'd find it hard to resist correcting them so it's probably best I don't go into the wiki. Sure, you can ask somebody else to fix it but what if they don't/won't? More aggravation.

I've modified a few Wikipedia articles in the English language, and have created a fair share of articles on the Dutch Wikipedia (mostly amateur video and film making related).

tenaciouscj - why not correct them yourself?

I also added The Heroes of Desert Storm (it was a why we fight propaganda piece for us civilians, though I'm sure I saw it on TV in February or March 1991, long before it came out in October 1991)

My main issue with Wikipedia is that it is dominated by the northern hemisphere - especially the US. I used to edit there (as Curse of Fenric) but I left when it was obvious they wouldn't take local restrictions of their verifiability rules into account. It resulted in good articles being deleted. My concentration there was on Australian pro wrestling.

I used to edit wikipedia, though it's become tedious to do so with what seem to be new templates, coding and such. I had even started a few pages, when my narrow interest du jour was less represented than I felt it should be. (It was a valid academic topic though, so the pages I started are still there, much evolved). Currently my edits are mostly spellchecking, vandalism removal, fixing some inaccuracies in local topics and the occasional translation into Italian when someone just pastes an English article in the Italian wikipedia with some "translation needed" attached.

I like to edit WikiPedia... but I like WikiQuote more.

I hardly ever edit wikipedia- only for spelling/grammar errors- but I did just make an acount at Wikiversity: http://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/User:Luai_lashire
It's amazing how... addictive.... the editing is. Also, I have some courses I want to write and I'm having trouble convincing myself to write them before I start a page for them
I just don't want to leave the site!
Ah, how quickly I become obsessed with something new......
